Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Function / Department: Retail Lending Personal Loans

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Acquisition: Empanel, activate, and manage DSAs and loan connectors to hit monthly disbursal targets.
• Process & Pipeline Management: Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and RCU teams to resolve queries and ensure quick file clearance.
• Portfolio Quality: Pre-screen applications to maintain low bounce rates and ensure zero fraud tolerance.
• Relationship Management: Act as the SPOC for DSAs, managing payouts and regular partner engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years in Personal Loan (PL) sourcing via DSA / Connector channels.
• Education: Graduate in any stream
• Skills: Strong local DSA network, understanding of unsecured lending credit policies, and negotiation skills
