Assistant Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibility:

• Assist the sales team in daily sales activities related to industrial automation products.
• Coordinate with customers.
• Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and pending payments.
• Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and inquiry reports.
• Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, and dispatch departments.
• Handle customer calls, emails, and sales-related documentation.
• Follow up with existing customers and support the development of new business opportunities.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
• Developed new customers

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in sales or sales coordination, preferably in the industrial automation industry.
• Knowledge of automation products such as Siemens PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, control panels, and electrical components is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and achieve sales targets.
