Assistant Sales Manager

Position : Assistant Manager/Engineer(Depend on experience)

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the electronics/EMS/PCBA sector.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing key customers.
• Generate new leads through market research, networking, customer visits, and industry events.
• Handle customer RFQs, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams for costing.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Monitor sales pipeline, customer forecasts, purchase orders, and business conversion.
• Coordinate with Engineering, NPI, Production, Quality, PPC, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Ensure timely execution of customer orders and resolve customer-related issues.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations and ensure timely resolution with internal teams.
• Develop new accounts and expand business opportunities with existing customers.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regular business updates for management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and new project development from the sales side.
• Travel for customer meetings, business development, negotiations, and customer visits as required.
