Position: Asst Sales Manager Chennai / Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development activities for products and solutions in the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new customers, consultants, contractors, architects, and channel partners.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in construction, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial projects.
• Generate leads through market mapping, networking, and customer visits.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
• Track ongoing projects and influence specifications at the consultant and design stage.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
