Job Description-

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Life Insurance products to prospective customers.
• Generate leads through self-sourcing, references, existing customer base and other sales activities.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, benefits, premiums and policy terms.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain regular interaction with existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of insurance proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer servicing.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales and conversions.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Follow company policies, compliance requirements and sales processes.
