We are looking for a highly driven and experienced sales professional.

The ideal candidate will be with 6+ years of experience, including 3-4 years in real estate sales. The person should be a go-getter with high ownership, strong leadership skills, and a never-give-up attitude.

This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring target achievement across current and upcoming projects.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Head, the individual will work closely with the Marketing and CRM teams to design and execute strategies that maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.

This is a high-ownership role, where the candidate will have the opportunity to run the Sales, CRM, and Marketing functions almost like an independent business unit, taking full responsibility for outcomes and growth.

Job Description

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collections targets
  
• Onboard and build strong relationships with channel partners / brokers to drive consistent business
  
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, closely reviewing performance and guiding improvements where required
  
• Hire and develop new sales executives to strengthen the team
  
• Work closely with the Marketing team to design campaigns and identify platforms that enhance Brand Shubhashray visibility
  
• Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure smooth collections and high levels of customer satisfaction
