Role Overview

This is a high impact, field facing role where you will work closely with partner institutions to build awareness and adoption of retirement planning, develop strong business relationships and enable long-term growth. Success in this role comes from influencing stakeholders; creating new opportunities and helping partners unlock greater value for their customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with strategic partners across your assigned territory.
• Drive awareness and adoption of retirement solutions through structured engagements and capability-building initiatives.
• Conduct business discussions, knowledge sessions, and customer engagement programs with partner teams.
• Identify growth opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate them into sustainable business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing product knowledge, market insights, and business support.
• Take complete ownership of your assigned portfolio and consistently deliver growth objectives.

What We're Looking For

• 2 - 4 years of experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Strong relationship management, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
• Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and driving outcomes through collaboration.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
