Assistant Sales Manager

Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager|| Sales process(BPO)

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Experience Required:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in BPO
• At least 1 year experience as Assistant Manager Operations

Process Details:

• Sales process ( outbound )

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations of customer service teams
• Drive team performance, productivity, quality & SLAs
• Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs, shrinkage, adherence & occupancy
• Coach Team Leaders and support their development
• Coordinate with Quality, Training & Workforce teams
• Ensure process compliance and continuous improvement

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Strong people management & analytical skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage large teams
• Customer-centric mindset
