Locations: Gwalior, Guna, Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Vidisha, Singrauli, Rewa, Raigarh, Ambikapur, Bilaspur, Naila Janjgir-Champa, Bhilai

Job Description:

• Recruit and develop a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Consultants.
• Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve business targets.
• Drive life insurance sales through the Agency Channel.
• Generate leads and support advisors in customer acquisition.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
• Monitor advisor productivity and policy persistency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Sales / Life Insurance / BFSI / Agency Channel preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
