About this role
Job Description:
- Own and drive the Mumbai/MMR sales pipeline for automated car parking systems, working toward the agreed annual order-booking target.
- Build and execute a territory plan covering new installations, modernization, and AMC opportunities across the region.
- Identify and track upcoming residential, commercial, and government projects requiring parking solutions; participate in tenders and bidding processes.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with developers, architects, structural consultants, and contractors - generating leads through site visits, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare technical proposals and commercial quotations in coordination with the engineering team; negotiate and close contracts.
- Maintain a healthy, well-tracked sales pipeline with realistic forecasting; improve lead-to-order conversion through structured follow-up.
- Ensure clean handover of booked projects to the execution/installation team, and maintain client relationships through to delivery for repeat business.
- Present regular sales, pipeline, and forecast updates to the Sales Manager and leadership team.
- As the Mumbai team scales, contribute to onboarding and mentoring future sales hires in the region.
