Job Details:

• Designation: Assistant Manager – Safety
• Location: Pithampur (Indore), Madhya Pradesh
• Industry: Chemical Manufacturing
• Department: EHS / Safety
• Experience: 5–8 Years
• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Safety Engineering, Industrial Safety, Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct plant safety inspections, identify unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.
• Manage Permit to Work (PTW), HIRA, HAZOP, MOC and PSSR activities.
• Ensure statutory safety compliance and maintain EHS documentation.
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Coordinate internal, third-party and customer safety audits.
• Manage fire safety systems, emergency preparedness and mock drills.
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks and employee safety training.
• Monitor PPE compliance and contractor safety management.
• Prepare monthly safety reports, MIS and statutory records.
• Drive continuous improvement in workplace safety culture.

Preferred Industry Experience: Chemical / Specialty Chemical / Surfactants / Process Manufacturing.
