Assistant Safety Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and standards in the plastics industry.
• Conduct regular  inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
• Develop and maintain effective emergency response plans in case of fires or other incidents.
• Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures for environmental health and safety (EHS).
• Conduct Safety trainings timely
• Fire & safety management and preventive maintenance
•  Zero-accident initiatives & Behaviour-Based Safety
• Safety audits, incident investigation & root-cause analysis
• Compliance with ISO & applicable safety standards
  
  

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience in environment health safety (EHS) or related field.
• Experience in conducting safety officer activities such as risk assessments, audits, and training programs.
• ADIS / PDIS Mandatory
