Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with company's health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain effective HSE plans, procedures, and training programs for employees working at heights.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop risk assessments and incident investigations reports.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in industrial safety or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA).
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HSE strategies.
