Assistant Revenue Manager- Hospitality

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, managing inventory and distribution channels, and optimizing revenue across Connekt Homes portfolio of short-term rental properties. Day-to-day tasks include taking reservations, managing guest relations as will as monitoring occupancy and rate performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Hospitality skills to understand guest expectations, support high-quality experiences, and align revenue strategies with service standards.
• Candidates should possess analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with revenue management tools, Excel or similar software, and data-driven decision-making.
• Relevant experience in hospitality revenue management, hotel or short-term rental operations, or distribution/channel management is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
