Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with FSSAI and company SOPs.
• Manage inventory, food cost, wastage, and stock control.
• Prepare staff rosters and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
• Drive sales, productivity, and profitability while meeting store KPIs.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
• Ensure cash handling, daily reports, and operational compliance are accurately maintained.

Shift Manager (SM) Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead and guide the shift team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Monitor shift sales, cash handling, inventory, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, and operational compliance.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth shift execution.
• Support team training, attendance, and shift scheduling.
• Maintain shift reports and ensure operational targets are achieved.
