Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the RGM in managing daily restaurant operations and achieving business targets.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and operational performance.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and adherence to company SOPs.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, cash handling, manpower, and shift operations.
• Handle customer concerns and support the RGM in achieving sales and profitability targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred with 2+ years of experience in QSR/Restaurant operations.
• Candidates with prior Assistant Restaurant Manager / Shift Manager experience preferred.
• Strong team handling, leadership, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.
