Assistant Relationship Manager (B2C)

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Relationship Manager to for our sales team who;can engage with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and educating them about investment;products such as Corporate Bonds, Mutual Funds, and other financial instruments. This role;is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in finance, sales, or investment;advisory.

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand investor requirements
• The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition and lead conversion;through calls, working with channel partners, creating interest and qualifying;prospects.
• Explain and educate users about Grip's offerings and its benefits
• Manage and nurture relationship with existing and potential investor to increase;investment activity on the platform
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
• Follow up with interested prospects to ensure conversion readiness
• Stay updated on financial products and market trends

• Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Economics preferred but not mandatory)
• Have an understanding of the wealth segment and product offerings (0-2 years' work experience in investment product sales)
• Strong communication skills in English Hindi (additional languages a plus)
• Willingness to learn about investment and financial products
• Basic knowledge of mutual funds, bonds, or capital markets is an advantage
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interaction
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
