Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through leads and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare periodic reports.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
• Support partners with product knowledge, training, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 3 - 4 years of experience in sales and/or relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
