Assistant Regional Manager/ Regional Manager - Agency

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Develop and implement strategies for agency growth, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key clients.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective communication among team members.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive health insurance industry.

Job Requirements :

• 8-21 years of experience in agency management or related field (insurance).
• Proven track record in developing successful agencies through effective recruitment, training, and coaching.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various companies.
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate high performance from direct reports.
