Assistant R2R Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end process of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and SEBI regulations.
• Oversee the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in financial processes and implement changes as needed.
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings with relevant authorities such as SEBI.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in finance or accounting role preferably in an NBFC industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws governing financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.
