Roles and Responsibilities :

• Vendor assignment for New Projects.
• Coordination with Project team for Plan & BOQ Finalisation.
• Quotation collection & cost approval preparation ( New & maintenance Work).
• PO creation & placement (Project & Maintenance)
• Agreement & Payment coordination.
• Coordinating with regional team and vendors.

• Monitoring project progress and preparing status reports.

Job Requirements :

• 3-12 years of experience in procurement management of new projects
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including vendor management and contract negotiation techniques.
