Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the execution and coordination of commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, and refrigeration projects for hotels, restaurants, cafs, and hospitality clients. The candidate will assist in project planning, installation coordination, maintenance follow-ups, vendor management, and site execution to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing end-to-end projects related to commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and refrigeration installations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Supervise installation activities at hotels, restaurants, cafs, cloud kitchens, and other hospitality sites.
• Monitor project timelines, site progress, and material deliveries.
• Support in preparation of project schedules, BOQs, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and service activities for installed equipment.
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance during project execution.
• Handle vendor and supplier coordination for procurement and installation requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting site issues related to kitchen equipment, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct site visits and provide regular project status updates to management.
• Support project handover, testing, commissioning, and client training activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, or hospitality projects.
• Knowledge of installation and maintenance of kitchen equipment and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with hotel, restaurant, and caf project execution.
