Assistant Project Management Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Management professional who can support the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects. The individual will be responsible for driving cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely project updates, tracking deliverables, and supporting stakeholders in achieving project objectives.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects to ensure seamless execution.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies, and provide regular status updates.
• Conduct basic financial analysis, budgeting, and project performance tracking to support decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, project reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Analyze and interpret data using Excel to generate actionable insights and monitor project progress.
• Support project governance, documentation, and follow-up on action items with various teams.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across functions to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
