The role- Assistant Project Delivery Manager What you'll be responsible for: Execute electrical projects for new production facilities, Lines, cold rooms, freezers, and utility equipment.

Prepare SLDs, wiring diagrams, load calculations, and project documentation.

Lead installation & commissioning of ice cream plant equipment (freezers, hardening tunnels, mix plant, packaging lines).

Support to site, ensuring efficient running of Utility & Refrigeration Systems

Coordinate with vendors, contractors for equipment installation and technical support.

Establish preventive maintenance plan of key electrical and automation systems to reduce downtime on central level, to enable the site engineering to troubleshoot the breakdowns in motors, VFDs, PLC panels, sensors, and control circuits.

Initiate and Support energy optimization initiatives and improve electrical reliability

Maintain Safety compliance and statutory documentation.

Manage Capex in terms of Funds allocation & track spends on monthly basis.

Drive Digital agenda as per company along term strategy

Drive green energy initiatives to reduce carbon emissions from manufacturing facilities.

Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure alignment of engineering and innovation projects to secure adequate CAPEX and other resources.

Working in tandem with the site & SUIT teams for execution of capacity, capability and innovation projects at factories.

Partner with finance, to create business proposals for capital expenses, aligning with the business strategies and ensuring highest possible returns.

Engage with external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and industry experts to drive technological interventions to keep improving operational efficiency at the factories such as automation, digitization

Lead and contribute to cost-saving, automation, and digitalization projects to support long-term business objectives.

Develop vendors of IC technology for low-cost engineering solutions for a more competitive Supply Chain

We're looking for someone who

B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

5+ years of relevant experience with focus on Plant Engineering, Projects & Manufacturing, preferably in ice cream, dairy, cold-chain, or FMCG.

Strong understanding of industrial electricals, VFDs, PLC/SCADA basics & control wiring.

Hands-on experience in project execution and machine commissioning.

Knowledge of refrigeration electrical systems (ammonia preferred).

 Exposure to AutoCAD and ERP systems is a plus. 10. Hands on Expertise on SAP, Advance Excel based dashboards.

Proven track record of leading projects in a medium-large, matrixed organization.

Experienced in optimizing supply chain performance and setting a strategic vision.

Empowerment, Experimentation and Collaboration are a must.

Handle Projects Ability to lead large teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Strong background in executing multiple projects parallelly with focus on on-time delivery

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and drive decision-making.

Financial Acumen: Budget management, Asset care.

Customer Orientation: Agile, proactive, and focused on delivering excellent service.

Safety & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of Safety in factory operation, project execution, and environmental standards.

Communication: Excellent Hindi and English verbal and written communication skills.
