About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Assistant Professor – Fashion to join our Fashion Department. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, practical expertise, and the ability to mentor and engage students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theory, practical and studio-based sessions.

• Guide students in design projects, assignments and portfolio development.

• Mentor students and provide academic and practical feedback.

• Conduct assessments and maintain academic records.

• Participate in workshops, exhibitions, juries and other academic activities.

• Stay updated with current fashion trends, technologies and industry practices.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design / Textiles / Apparel.

• 1–3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.

• Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise.

• Good communication, presentation and mentoring skills.

• Ability to handle both theory and practical sessions.
