Assistant Professor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions to students in the field of education.
• Conduct research in areas related to education and publish papers in reputable journals or present at conferences.
• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other academic events to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Develop curriculum materials, assess student performance, and provide feedback to improve teaching outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• Master's degree (Msc) or Ph.D. in Education or a related field.
• 0-8 years of experience as an Assistant Professor/Lecturer/Professor depending on the position applied for.
• Strong knowledge of education theories, pedagogies, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
