About this role
Teaching Academic Delivery :
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electrical Engineering.
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, laboratory manuals, assignments, and assessments.
- Implement Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and continuous evaluation practices.
- Conduct practical sessions and project-based learning activities.
- Integrate modern tools, simulations, and emerging technologies into classroom delivery.
Curriculum Quality Assurance :
- Design and revise curriculum aligned with academic and industry requirements.
- Develop CO-PO-PSO mapping, attainment analysis, and course documentation.
- Support accreditation and compliance activities (NBA/NAAC/UGC/AICTE where applicable).
- Prepare academic reports and departmental records.
Student Development :
- Mentor students for academic growth, internships, placements, and higher studies.
- Guide mini projects, major projects, and innovation activities.
- Conduct remedial support and career-oriented activities.
Research Professional Contribution :
- Publish research papers and participate in conferences/workshops.
- Develop interdisciplinary and industry-linked academic initiatives.
- Contribute to funded projects, consultancy, and knowledge dissemination.
Qualifications :
- For B.Tech Programme - M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering (First Class preferred).
- For Diploma Programme - B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (First Class preferred).
- Ph.D. (Completed / Pursuing) preferred.
Experience (Preferred)
- Teaching experience in Engineering / Higher Education.
- Exposure to accreditation, curriculum design, examination systems, and institutional processes.
