Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering is mandatory as per UGC/AICTE/University norms. Candidates should possess an excellent academic record along with a passion for teaching, research, and student mentoring.

• Deliver high-quality teaching in Electrical Engineering at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Develop, review, and update curriculum, course content, and laboratory activities in line with academic and industry standards.
• Conduct laboratory sessions and guide students in practical experiments and projects.
• Mentor students in academic projects, internships, research activities, and career development.
• Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in reputed national and international journals.
• Participate in departmental administration, accreditation activities, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Organize seminars, workshops, FDPs, technical events, and industrial visits.
• Promote innovation, industry collaboration, and skill development among students.
• Support placement activities and strengthen academic-industry engagement.
• Undertake academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the university from time to time.
• Contribute to the overall academic, research, and institutional development of the university.
