Role Description The Assistant Professor – Digital Marketing will be responsible for planning and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in digital marketing and related areas in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Bengaluru, includes designing and updating curricula, preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom and laboratory sessions, and evaluating student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations. The faculty member will guide students on academic projects, mentor them on career and industry trends, and promote innovative learning methods, including case studies and industry-focused assignments. Additional responsibilities include engaging in research and scholarly activities, collaborating with colleagues on departmental initiatives, participating in academic governance, and contributing to conferences, seminars, and outreach programs aligned with the University's mission.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Research skills to support teaching, academic projects, and scholarly work.
• Candidates should have expertise in teaching Marketing Analytics, Digital marketing & AI and marketing research to post graduate students
• Candidates should possess Marketing Management skills to design and deliver courses focused on strategy, planning, and execution.
• Relevant expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics) is highly beneficial.
• A master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Management, or a closely related field is required; a Ph.D. or evidence of ongoing doctoral work is preferred.
• Prior teaching experience at the university level, or substantial industry experience in digital marketing, is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage a diverse student body.
