The ideal candidate will mentor the next generation of tech professionals, drive academic excellence, and contribute meaningfully to the institution's research footprint in core and emerging areas of computing.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:
• Ph.D. (completed or thesis submitted) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a highly relevant specialization.
• Strong academic foundation with a BCA / MCA or allied engineering qualification from a recognized Computer Science background.
• Experience: Open to both promising entry-level researchers (0 years) and seasoned academicians (up to 10 years).

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Pedagogy

• Deliver high-quality lectures, practical lab sessions, and tutorials across undergraduate and postgraduate programs (BCA, MCA, B.Sc., or B.Tech).
• Teach foundational concepts as well as advanced topics in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Information Technology.
• Design, modernize, and update the academic curriculum to keep pace with rapid global tech advancements.

2. Research & Innovation

• Conduct independent research, publish papers in high-impact indexed journals (Scopus, Web of Science, UGC-CARE), and present work at reputed conferences.
• Guide student projects, dissertations, and mentor foundational tech research.
• Actively seek, write, and secure sponsored research grants and consultancy projects from government and private bodies.

3. Institutional Support & Administration

• Participate in departmental administrative duties, university committees, examination evaluations, and accreditation workflows (NAAC, NBA, etc.).
• Organize and coordinate workshops, boot camps, guest lectures, and industry-academia partnership initiatives.
• Act as a faculty mentor to support students in their academic, career, and personal development.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Deep technical proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, R, Java, C++) and core computer science subjects.
• Expertise or strong theoretical foundation in AI, Deep Learning, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, or Cyber Security.
• Exceptional classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
