Job Description : Faculty Positions, Department of Management Studies

Qualification

• MBA / M.Com / relevant Master's degree in Management or allied discipline as applicable.
• Ph.D. in Management / relevant discipline will be preferred for senior positions.
• Candidates must meet the applicable UGC/AICTE/University eligibility requirements.
• Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience, industry exposure, research publications, and academic achievements.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Management Studies.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, question papers, and assessments.
• Mentor students in academic, professional, project, and career-related activities.
• Guide student projects, internships, dissertations, and research work.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
• Contribute to NBA/NAAC/AICTE accreditation and institutional quality initiatives.
• Undertake research, publish papers in reputed journals, and participate in conferences, seminars, workshops, and FDPs.
• Develop industry-academic collaborations, consultancy activities, and placement-related initiatives.
• Participate in departmental development and institutional committees.
• Perform academic, administrative, and other responsibilities assigned by the institution.
