Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, question papers, and assessment reports.
- Mentor students in academic, research, internship, and project activities.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals and conferences.
- Apply for and execute funded research projects, consultancy, and sponsored activities.
- Develop, maintain, and upgrade departmental laboratories and practical facilities.
- Perform departmental administrative duties and maintain academic documentation.
- Coordinate academic, technical, and extracurricular activities as assigned.
- Organize and actively participate in workshops, seminars, conferences, faculty development programs (FDPs), and technical events.
- Support accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance initiatives such as NBA, NAAC, and other statutory requirements.
- Establish and strengthen industry interactions through collaborations, expert lectures, internships, industrial visits, and consultancy activities.
- Contribute to curriculum development, outcome-based education (OBE) implementation, and continuous improvement processes.

- Educational Qualification: M.E./MTECH in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering (For Assistant Professor)
- PH.D in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering (Associate Professor / Professor)
