• Provide high-quality teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in the field of General Surgery.

• Develop and update curriculum materials, ensuring they are aligned with current medical standards and practices.

• Conduct and supervise research in General Surgery, contributing to academic publications and conferences.

• Mentor and guide students and junior faculty members, fostering an environment of academic excellence.

• Participate in clinical duties, including surgical procedures and patient care, to provide comprehensive healthcare services.

• Offer emergency support in the hospital's surgical department, ensuring timely and effective patient care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in line with medical regulations and institutional policies.

• Engage in administrative duties as required by the department, contributing to the overall development of the medical college.
