Assistant Production Manager

Job Summary:

The Assistant Production Executive will support daily production operations, ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor, and help maintain quality and efficiency standards. The role involves coordinating with teams, monitoring processes, and ensuring adherence to company policies and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime
• Coordinate with machine operators and production staff
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
• Maintain production reports and daily output records
• Support quality control processes and ensure standards are met
• Identify issues in production and report them to senior management
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company rules
• Help in inventory management and material handling
• Maintain discipline and proper behavior on the production floor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in production/manufacturing
• Basic understanding of production processes (printing/manufacturing preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
