Assistant Procurement Manager

• Take ownership of the pan-India Eggs Operations to ensure proper supply and demand and to build a good stakeholder relationship for superior customer satisfaction
• Manage contracts of Eggs farms through a team of farm supervisors
• Monitor capacity of the farms and look out for new farms if needed and for new markets
• Arrange feed/premix to the Farms from Suguna Feed Mills.
• Receive orders from Sales team & Customers
• Manage daily purchase of Eggs for the orders received, through flow-through model ensuring Zero holding of Eggs.
• Manage cleaning and packing of Eggs in accordance with Sugunas SOP
• Ensure timely dispatch and timely delivery of the orders
• Ensure 100% fill rate of orders and high quality of the stocks delivered
• Ensure timely accounting of Farm invoices and raising of Purchase orders
• Ensure timely payments to farms, transporters, and vendors
• Ensure sufficient stocks of Packing material at all farms
• Ensure 100% stock accuracy of all Suguna assets and packing material
• Ensure all farms are compliant with all statutory laws (including and not limited to FSSAI, GST and Packaging laws)
• Address and resolve consumer complaints and customer complaints
• Publish daily & monthly reports on logistics, orders received and executed, fill rate etc

Qualification:

• Any Post Graduate Degree / Graduate with + 4years working in FMCG segment at a Junior to Middle management role, preferably in the Food & Beverage, chilled meat, fresh meat and/or processing poultry meat industry.
• Knowledge of Procurement and Sales functions.
• Knowledge of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice, Sales Order, Sales invoice, Proforma invoice.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain concepts (Stock-outs, Inventory planning, On-time dispatch, On-time delivery, Transport planning)
• Experience working with ERP system SD (Sales and Distribution)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
