Job Overview

We are looking for a presentable, confident, and result-oriented Assistant Portfolio Manager with strong knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market, particularly in luxury and premium property sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and prospective clients.
• Handle client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups.
• Assist in managing the property portfolio and identifying suitable investment opportunities for clients.
• Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and other real estate professionals.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable luxury and premium properties.
• Support sales closures and ensure a high standard of client servicing.

Candidate Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, marketing, or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market, including luxury and premium residential properties.
• Prior experience in luxury property sales is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality.
• Must own a vehicle and a laptop.
• Strong client-handling skills with a professional approach.
