Assistant Plant Controller

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Plant Controller to join our team in [location]. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience controlling activities, preparing financial reports, and supporting audits.

• Control and manage accounting operations, including month-end closing and financial reporting.


• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.


• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.


• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


• Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to drive business growth.

• CA/CMA Inter qualification is required.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.


• Proficiency in SAP is essential.


• Possess strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and auditing standards.


• Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
