Assistant Planning Manager

We Are Hiring Assistant Project Manager Planning

Location: Pune & Mumbai
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Track project progress, delays, procurement, and critical activities.
• Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project..
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor resources, manpower, materials, and productivity.
• Manage construction sequencing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Prepare project progress reports and ensure timely milestone completion.
• Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Master's degree in Construction Management is preferred.
• 10-13 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 6-8 years of site-based project planning experience.
• Experience in at least 1- 2 complete lifecycle data center projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Good understanding of data center construction, MEP, commissioning, and project planning.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Exposure to BIM/VDC tools is an advantage.
