Assistant Placement Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing placement drives and recruitment events.
• Bring in Tier III companies.
• Communicate placement opportunities and interview schedules to students.
• Coordinate student registrations and verify eligibility documents.
• Maintain student, recruiter, internship, and placement databases.
• Prepare placement-related reports, attendance records, and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics such as interview rooms, hospitality, and technical arrangements.
• Follow up with recruiters regarding interview results and offer letters.
• Track students' joining status and maintain placement records.
• Respond to queries from students, recruiters, and faculty members.
• Support the Placement Manager in administrative and operational tasks.
