Assistant Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll inputs, and exits.
• Handle PF, ESIC, minimum wages, gratuity, and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, Onboarding, payroll, finance teams.
• Manage employee grievances and client escalations.
• Prepare MIS, reports, and trackers.
• Guide the HR Operations team.
