Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager - (Pharma WH)
Location: Ethics Innovation PVT. LTD. Hill View Complex, Pamohi Deochatal Gurchuk, Kamrup Metro, Guwahati, Assam-781035, Garchuk, Guwahati, Assam
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Operations
- Manage receiving of pharma products from suppliers / manufacturers
- Ensure proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) & documentation
- Verify batch, expiry, and quantity as per compliance norms
- Coordinate with vendors for discrepancies
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records (batch-wise, expiry-wise)
- Monitor stock levels and avoid stock-outs / overstocking
- Ensure proper storage as per pharma guidelines
- Conduct cycle counts and audits
Outbound Operations
- Oversee order processing, picking, packing & dispatch
- Ensure timely delivery to distributors / stockists
- Coordinate with logistics partners
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
Requirements
- 3-6 years experience in Pharma Warehouse / Supply Chain / Distribution
- Strong exposure to inbound, inventory & outbound operations
