Assistant operation delivery manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT operations, ensuring timely delivery of projects and services to meet customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for IT services, monitoring performance against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
• Strong people management skills with ability to lead diverse teams.
• Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience with software development life cycles, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, maintenance.
