We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Operation Delivery Manager with 24-48 months of experience in cross-functional collaboration, strategic and operational delivery, and performance management. The ideal candidate will excel in operational management and service delivery governance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for process improvement initiatives, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing insightful analytics. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement across the organization.
