Responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to a diverse portfolio of individual clients
• Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure exceptional customer service
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the banks customer base
• Collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide integrated financial solutions
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and the banks product offerings

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
