• Candidates must have experience in the medical/healthcare industry.
• Preference will be given to candidates with PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge, nursing supervision, and team management skills are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage floor operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  
• Oversee patient care services, including OPD, ICU, CCU, ICCU, NICU, Casualty, Surgical, PICU, Emergency & ITU.
  
• Coordinate with doctors and nurses to ensure effective treatment plans for patients.
  
• Handle incharge activities such as shift management and staff supervision.
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
