We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Merchandising to manage customer coordination, product development, and order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication and order execution from development to shipment.
• Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Production, PPC, Sourcing, and Quality teams.
• Manage T&A, costing, order follow-up, and approvals.
• Track sample development, fabric/trims approvals, and production timelines.
• Ensure on-time delivery and resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain merchandising reports and order status updates.

Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in apparel merchandising.
• Experience in export garment merchandising preferred.
• Good understanding of fabric, trims, costing, sampling, production, and shipment processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Candidates open to working from Mysore are preferred.
