Assistant Merchandise Specialist

As an Intern in this role, you will support the Merchandising team with administration, data maintenance, and reporting activities that keep pricing, stock, and e-commerce operations running smoothly across brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with pricing, promotion, and sales system updates.
• Support resolution of IT-related issues and system setup/documentation.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and business reporting/uploads.
• Help with ASN/GRN/Invoice creation and reporting.
• Support logistics and inventory reporting.
• Assist with Ecom content and ranging uploads/sweeps, and stock-pricing front-end sync.
• Contribute to Ecom reporting, including marketing, CRM, and marketplace content management.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel and general IT systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative ability.
• Currently pursuing/recently completed a bachelor's degree
