Assistant Mechanical Engineer

• Project Planning & Execution: Assist in developing project schedules, defining milestones, allocating resources, and tracking daily progress.
• Design & Engineering Review: Interpret and analyse engineering drawings, P&IDs, equipment manuals, and service layouts.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, equipment suppliers, and service providers for the procurement and installation of heavy machinery.
• Site Supervision: Oversee on-site construction, structural installation, Pipe Design Pipe and Flow Calculation and mechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Implement test procedures to ensure structural and operational reliability; conduct routine checks on incoming materials and installations.
• Safety & Compliance: strictly enforce EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines, conduct hazard identifications (HIRA),and issue work permits on the project site.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, daily logs, material consumption, and technical reports.Role & responsibilities
