- Assist the Business Development Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

- Run and monitor email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Vtiger, or Pipedrive, including tracking performance and unsubscribers.
- Coordinate with SEO vendors for monthly performance reports and ensure improvements are implemented.
- Manage and optimize monthly Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns while tracking leads and conversions through CRM systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors for newsletter designing and publishing; ensure timely release.
- Track overall marketing activities, maintain accurate lead data, and support the Marketing Manager with monthly performance reports.
- Monitor inventory of office and coordinate for the procurement of new inventory.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company related to employee engagement activities, events & functions.
