Assistant Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and promote special offers, festive campaigns, new menu launches, and restaurant events.
• Coordinate with outlets to implement promotional activities effectively.
• Promote restaurant offers through social media, digital platforms, local partnerships, and other channels.
• Coordinate with food bloggers, influencers, corporate clients, and local communities where applicable.
• Monitor customer reviews and online ratings and coordinate responses with the concerned team.
• Support customer loyalty and repeat-visit initiatives.
• Track the effectiveness of outlet-level promotions and marketing campaigns.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
• Creative thinking and content development skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign performance.
• Good negotiation and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Canva or other basic design tools is an advantage.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.
